RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Christian Omeshun we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 12-14  working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Christian Omeshun when sent back. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. We are happy to offer a store credit in the form of a gift card or an exchange for equal or less value. Please refer to our exchange policy for more information. 

Late Returns

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

 

Insurance

Christian Omeshun  insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your Christian Omeshun items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
